What's Included in Your Price:
Discounted Shipping Rates:
When you purchase items along with shipping, your discounted rate is already included in your final price.GST (Goods & Services Tax):
GST on both goods and shipping is included in the total price — no surprises.30-Day Maker’s Warranty:
All furniture and home décor pieces are covered by our 30-day maker’s warranty.Safe Collection & Storage in Bali:
Your goods are collected and securely stored before leaving Bali.Single Cardboard Wrapping:
Basic protective wrapping is included for all orders at no extra charge.Optional Crating (For Fragile/Glass Items):
Custom crating is available for delicate items at an additional cost.Indonesian Export Fees:
All standard export charges from Indonesia are included.Australian Import Duties & Customs Fees:
We cover all import costs and fees related to customs clearance in Australia.V-Legal Certification & Standard Fumigation:
Timber legality certificates and fumigation (as required) are included.Container Packing & Unpacking:
Our team manages the safe loading and unloading of your shipment.Depot Collection in Australia:
You can collect your order from our nominated Australian depot when it arrives.
What's Not Included:
Transit Insurance:
We do not insure goods during transport. Please arrange your own insurance if required.Additional Customs Fees:
Any unexpected fees such as inspections or hold charges are the buyer's responsibility.Storage Fees at Port (Australia):
If you are unable to collect your items on the advised date, storage fees may apply.Door-to-Door Delivery:
Orders are delivered to the nearest port only. If you need delivery to your home, we’re happy to assist you in arranging this locally, or offer it for an additional fee.Delivery Timeframes
Our general estimated timeframe is 12–16 weeks.
Delays can occasionally occur due to external shipping, customs, or production conditions. Please understand that:Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or discount.
We are always working to deliver your goods as efficiently as possible and will keep you updated throughout the process.
Refund Policy
All purchases are final.
You must first attempt to resolve the issue locally.
You must allow Bali Beds full access and opportunity to rectify the issue, such as repairs or replacements.
Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel your order:
Deposits are non-refundable, and in some cases, you may be required to make additional payments to cover costs already incurred.
If you’ve paid in full, no refund will be given for cancellations, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. All items are made to order and cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
Returns Policy
We do not offer returns.
However, if an issue arises, Bali Beds must be given the opportunity to rectify it through repair, replacement, or other suitable solutions.Returns will only be approved if the situation aligns with our warranty or refund terms, and the return must be organized at your own expense to our Perth head office. Please expect small natural variations in color, texture, and size. These are not faults, but rather part of the beauty and uniqueness of handmade furniture.If you’ve provided your own photos or dimensions for a custom order, we cannot be held responsible for issues related to color, sizing, or interpretation of your input.
